Heavy equipment.

Public-project-grade delivery.
Developers, municipalities, property managers, and businesses across Maine & New Hampshire. One prime, one insurance cert, one accountable crew — from site prep through move-in.
One prime contractor.
Four lanes of work.
Most commercial scopes need a mix of these. We run them under one prime contract with direct accountability from grade to framing.

Fewer handoffs.
Fewer excuses.
On commercial projects, most cost overruns trace back to coordination gaps between trades. We self-perform site work on our own fleet and manage the specialty trades under one prime — so accountability and schedule stay with us.
Owned fleet
Excavators, dozers, dump trucks, specialty attachments — all in-house.
In-house septic + utility
Water, sewer, power trenching without calling outside.
Single COI
One prime, one insurance hold — simplified certificate handling.
Tighter schedule
Fewer handoffs means fewer delays. We hit dates.
ME DEP Erosion Control Certified
Stormwater and sediment control handled to state spec.
Procurement questions.
Can you be bonded for our project?
Yes — we work regularly on projects requiring performance and payment bonds. Send us the specs and we can turn around capacity confirmation quickly.
How fast can you provide a Certificate of Insurance?
Typically same day or next business day. Our general liability is $2M per occurrence / $4M aggregate, plus auto, workers comp, and umbrella coverage.
What are your insurance limits?
General liability $2M/$4M, commercial auto $1M, workers comp per state requirements, umbrella $5M. Certificates and additional insured endorsements on request.
Are you union / prevailing wage compatible?
We are not a union shop, but we are familiar with prevailing-wage public-project requirements and can staff accordingly. Let us know your specs.
How fast can you mobilize?
For smaller scopes within our service radius, we typically mobilize within 1–2 weeks of signed agreement. Larger or more complex scopes depend on permitting and lead time on specialty equipment.
Do you offer net-30 terms?
Yes, for qualified commercial clients. We also accept prepay, net-15, or custom AIA-style billing on larger projects.
